is recognized in August 2024 with the \u201cHR Excellence in research\u201d seal, referring to the Research Human Resources strategy promoted by the European Union (EURAXESS-HRS4R). The <a href=\"https:\/\/euraxess.ec.europa.eu\/jobs\/hrs4r\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">&#8220;Human Resources Strategy for Researchers&#8221;<\/a> is based on the Researcher&#8217;s Charter and the Employers&#8217; Code of Conduct. IRIS-CC committed to applying the 40 principles of the EU Charter and Code with the aim of obtaining the HRS4R quality mark.<\/p><p>The documents required by EURAXESS, &#8220;GAP Analysis&#8221;, &#8220;Action Plan&#8221; and &#8220;OTM-R&#8221;, have been prepared by the four committees recommended by EURAXESS:<\/p><ul><li>Stakeholder Committee\u00a0<\/li><li>Steering Committee<\/li><li>Scientific Community Committee (representation of two R1, two R2, two R3 and two R4)<\/li><li>Implementation Committee (ad hoc committee with IRIS-CC&#8217;s Human Resources
