IRIS-CC’s research technologist Roger Casals, a UVIC-UCC PhD student in the Bioinformatics program, has been selected to present the poster “Trajectory Inference Methods Comparison in Cancer Immunotherapy” at the first edition of the Oncology Computational Award, organized by the Vall d’Hebron Institut d’Oncologia (VHIO).
The competition took place on February 21st in Barcelona and recognized the best national master thesis in computational science.
The selection of Casals for this meeting demonstrates the relevance of his project and the commitment of IRIS-CC and the University of Vic to cutting-edge research.
