Once authorized our Biobank and with plans to launch it in March, IRIS-CC has created a user guide that has already been distributed among researchers and that is going to be a tool to enhance the competitiveness of their research lines.
This manual establishes the concepts and procedures for the correct management of biological samples of human origin, according to the typology of the pre-existing collections and the collections created by the Biobank.
In the document, you can find how to obtain, preserve, transport, register and store fresh biological samples, as well as paraffin samples. It is uploaded to our web page’s Research section.
